We are so excited to finally launch our brand new Footscray Repair Cafe!
Need something fixed? Come along to our big launch on Saturday April 11th, from 11am to 2pm, with a free sausage sizzle, meet and greet with repairers, free cuppas and plenty of information about how to get involved!
The FRC will operate on the second Saturday of every month. Footscray locals will be able to bring in their broken items, and hopefully have them fixed for free.
Repair cafes bring so much value to communities! They reduce rubbish, support skill-sharing, save us money and help foster a culture of sustainable practice. Don’t throw stuff away if it can be repaired! Instead, bring it in to a repair cafe session and our team of friendly volunteer repairers will try to fix it. Bookings recommended!
