
Venue Hire
Located in the bluestone Seelaf Square (the site that once housed the historic Angliss Meatworks) the Angliss Neighbourhood House is a central venue for meetings, training sessions and small community or social groups. Our two rooms are available for hire at very reasonable rates and are used regularly for a variety of community and support groups. Bookings are dependent on application and availability.
How to Apply: please email [email protected] to discuss your venue hire needs and request our venue hire documentation package. Please note that user groups are required to have public liability insurance for use of our premises.
Small Meeting Room 1 – Room seats up to 8 people and features a mounted wall TV. Suitable for small meetings or workshops.
Large Meeting Room 2 – Room seats up to 30 people and has access to a small kitchen, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, cooking and whiteboard.

Room Hire Rates
Unfunded Community Groups $30.00 per 1 hour block*
Funded Organisations $40.00 per 1 hour block*
Other groups & individuals $50.00 per 1 hour block*
All room hire cancellations require a minimum of 7 days notice.
Community Groups will need to discuss relevant Public Liability Insurance with ANH staff prior to confirming bookings.
$150.00 bond refundable and inclusive of key deposit*
*Not including GST
Remember that when you book a meeting or function with ANH, your local community benefits. All fees go back into the organisation to further improve our programs and services.
